Chess Tournament APPLICATION Dear Parents, We warmly encourage all our children to take part in the Thiyagi Thileepan Memorial Chess Tournament.  Chess is much more than a game, it helps children develop concentration, patience, strategic thinking, discipline and confidence. Taking part in a tournament also gives children the opportunity to challenge themselves, make new friends and learn the importance of sportsmanship. This tournament is also an opportunity for our younger generation to remember Thiyagi Thileepan and learn about his courage, determination and sacrifice.
